About verification

Why do you need my documents?

Customers pay for vouchers and store orders in advance. Verification is how the association guarantees that a barber listed here is real, traceable and currently trading. See the membership page.

How long does a decision take?

Two working days from the moment your file is complete. Lagos and Abuja chapters usually clear inside 24 hours.

Can I trade while I wait?

Yes. Your listing is live and you can take walk-in customers and cash. Only the Verified badge, bank-transfer voucher settlement and trade discounts wait for approval.

My document was rejected — what now?

The officer’s reason always appears against the item. Replace it and resubmit. There is no fee and no limit on attempts.
